It is an AI chatbot you embed on your website. Upload your own materials (FAQs, terms, manuals) and the AI answers visitor questions automatically, 24/7. No scenario design or flow building is required.

All plans support PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, HTML, CSV and TXT, plus images (JPG, PNG). The limit is 30MB per file.

You can start in about a minute after creating an account. Just paste the generated embed code (a single script tag) into your site. For WordPress, our official plugin is also available.

It answers based on the materials you upload. Unlike general-purpose AI that guesses, it grounds every answer in your own documents, which makes inaccurate guidance far less likely.

It does not guess. It says it is not able to answer and then points the visitor to the contact channel you configured, so you can hand off to a human.

Yes. Even if your materials are only in one language, it replies in the language the visitor selects. It supports 13 languages including Japanese, English, Chinese and Korean, so it works for cross-border commerce and inbound sites as-is.

No time limit. However, data is retained for 90 days from the last access. As long as you access regularly, you can use it indefinitely. The AI can answer up to 150 times per month.

Each plan has a monthly answer limit (Free: 150, Light: 1,000, Standard: 3,000, Pro: 20,000). If you need more, consider upgrading your plan. The count resets on the 1st of each month.

Yes. You can change plans with one click from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply from the next billing date.

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express).

No. Your data is used solely for service delivery. It is never used for AI training or shared with third parties.

Stored in data centers within Japan. Both stored data and communications are encrypted, protecting your data in a secure environment.

Our Terms of Service include confidentiality provisions, so a separate NDA is usually not needed. If you require one, we can accommodate individual NDAs — please contact us.

Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in a downloadable state. After 30 days, all original files, vectors, and search indexes are completely deleted, and removal from backups is completed within 90 days.
