Custom Code is available on Webflow Basic Site Plan ($14/month) and above. Custom Code is not available on the Starter Plan (Free).

monoshiri.ai account

You need to create a widget in the monoshiri AI dashboard. A Light plan (2,980 JPY/month) or higher is required.

How to install AI chat on Webflow

Issue an embed code from monoshiri.ai → paste into Webflow Site settings Footer Code → Publish. Three steps to complete.

Create a widget and issue an embed code on monoshiri.ai

On app.monoshiri.ai, create a widget, select the target folder (knowledge), and add your Webflow site URL to the allowed domains. Copy the generated embed code (the entire script tag).

Open Site settings → Custom Code in Webflow

In Webflow Designer, click the 'W' icon (top-left) → Site settings → 'Custom Code' tab.

Paste the code into Footer Code

In the 'Footer Code' field (just before the </body> tag), paste the copied embed code and click 'Save Changes'. Click the 'Publish' button in the top-right to deploy your site—the chat widget appears on every page.

Verify after installation

Visit your published Webflow site and check whether the chat button appears in the bottom-right. If not, verify that your Webflow site URL (webflow.io subdomain or custom domain) is registered in the allowed domains on monoshiri AI.

Custom Code is not available on the Starter Plan (Free), so the widget cannot be installed. You need to upgrade to the Basic Site Plan ($14/month) or higher.
A Workspace Plan covers Designer features (for individuals/teams), while a Site Plan covers publishing and hosting (per site). To install the widget via Custom Code, the target site needs a Basic or higher Site Plan.
Yes. Pasting into Site settings → Footer Code displays on all pages. To show only on specific pages, add it as an Embed element (HTML/CSS/JS) to those individual pages.
Yes, it works on both. Register the domain you use in the allowed domains on monoshiri AI.
Yes. When pasted into Site settings Footer Code, it displays on all pages including CMS Collection pages.
Custom Code does not execute in preview mode. Please verify functionality on the live (Published) site.
