Pricing FAQ
The chat widget is available even on the Free plan. On Free you can answer up to 150 times per month (a shared quota with Ask AI in the dashboard); Light (1,000/month) or above is recommended if you want to increase the count for full-scale use. Every plan allows up to one widget.
Additional packs are an option you can purchase when your monthly response limit is reached. There are two types: one-time purchase (¥5,000 / 500 responses, valid for the purchase month only) and monthly subscription (¥5,000/month / 500 responses auto-added monthly). Available on paid plans (Light / Standard / Pro).
The monthly fee is waived for the first month on all plans. If you cancel during the first month, no charges will be incurred. Regular monthly billing begins from the second month.
When your monthly response limit is reached, the Ask AI feature is temporarily paused. Document viewing and management features remain available. You can purchase an additional pack or wait for the reset on the 1st of next month.
Upgrades take effect immediately with the new response limit applied. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You can cancel anytime from the 'Plan Settings' in the dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the billing period. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in a downloadable state. After 30 days, all original files, vectors, and search indexes are permanently deleted. Backup deletion is completed within 90 days of cancellation.
It resets on the 1st of each month. Unused responses do not carry over to the next month. One-time additional pack responses also expire at the end of the purchase month.
Users are unlimited on all plans. Folder limits are: Free: 1, Light: 5, Standard: 10, Pro: 30. Files per folder: Free: 30, Light: 100, Standard/Pro: 300. Max file size is 30MB.
