Prerequisites

STUDIO account (Mini plan or higher)

The Custom Code feature is available on STUDIO Mini plan (590 JPY/month) and above. HTML embedding is not available on the Free plan.

monoshiri.ai account

You need to create a widget in the monoshiri AI dashboard. You can try it on the Free plan too (up to 50/month); a Light plan (2,980 JPY/month) or higher is recommended for full-scale use.

How to install AI chat on STUDIO

Issue an embed code from monoshiri.ai → paste into STUDIO Custom Code → publish. Three steps to complete.

Create a widget and issue an embed code on monoshiri.ai

On app.monoshiri.ai, create a widget, select the target folder (knowledge), and add your STUDIO site URL to the allowed domains. Copy the generated embed code (the entire script tag).

Open Custom Code in STUDIO

Open your project in the STUDIO editor, click the top-left menu, then go to Project Settings → Custom Code.

Paste the code before the Body closing tag

Paste the copied embed code into the "Before Body Closing Tag" field and save. After confirming in preview, click Publish to deploy.

Verify after installation

Visit your published STUDIO site and check whether the chat button appears in the bottom-right. If it doesn't show up, verify that your STUDIO site URL (custom domain or studio.site subdomain) is registered in the allowed domains list on the monoshiri AI dashboard.

monoshiri AI offers a free plan, so you can install an AI chatbot on your STUDIO site and try it for free first. Note that using the HTML embed (Custom Code) feature requires STUDIO's Mini plan (590 JPY/month) or higher. To increase answers or folders, you can upgrade to a monoshiri AI paid plan.
Advanced code editing is not required. Just copy the embed code issued by monoshiri AI, paste it into STUDIO's Custom Code (HTML embed) field, and publish. There is no need to write HTML from scratch.

No conflict. The widget displays as independent JavaScript in the bottom-right corner, so it does not affect STUDIO's animations, interactions, or scroll effects.
Custom Code is saved separately from the template, so the widget settings remain even when you change the design template. If it ever stops displaying, check that the embed code is still present in the Custom Code field.
