Installing on BASE

Everything happens inside the BASE admin - from installing the app to saving the tag.

Get the embed code from monoshiri AI

Open your widget in the monoshiri AI admin and copy the code from the "Embed code" section. Make sure to add your BASE shop URL (e.g. yourshop.thebase.in) to the allowed domains.

Install the "HTML Tag Manager" app on BASE

From the Apps page in the BASE admin, search for "HTML Tag Manager" (HTMLタグ管理), install it and enable it. It's free.

Add a new custom tag

Open the HTML Tag Manager app, click "Add new tag" and choose "Custom tag (free-form)". Enter a recognizable name like "monoshiri AI chat widget".

Paste the embed code and save

Paste the script tag you copied in step 1 into the "Tag" field and save. "All pages" is fine as the placement. Once saved, your shop will show the chat button.

Verify the install

Open your shop and check that the chat button appears in the bottom right. If it doesn't appear, confirm the tag is enabled in the HTML Tag Manager app and that your BASE shop URL is included in the allowed domains in monoshiri AI.
