The Custom Code feature is available on Wix Core plan (~1,600 JPY/month) and above. Custom Code is not available on Free or Light plans.

monoshiri.ai account

You need to create a widget in the monoshiri AI dashboard. A Light plan (2,980 JPY/month) or higher is required.

How to install AI chat on Wix

Issue an embed code from monoshiri.ai → paste into Wix Custom Code → publish. Three steps to complete.

Create a widget and issue an embed code on monoshiri.ai

On app.monoshiri.ai, create a widget, select the target folder (knowledge), and add your Wix site URL to the allowed domains. Copy the generated embed code (the entire script tag).

Open Custom Code settings in Wix

Wix dashboard → Settings → Custom Code → Click 'Add New Code'.

Paste the code at the end of the body tag

Paste the code, set 'Code Placement' to 'Body - End', and select 'All pages' under 'Apply to'. Save and publish your site—the chat widget will appear on every page.

Verify after installation

Visit your published Wix site and check whether the chat button appears in the bottom-right. If not, verify that your Wix site URL (wixsite.com subdomain or custom domain) is registered in the allowed domains on the monoshiri AI dashboard.

Custom Code is not available on the Free plan, so the widget cannot be installed. You need to upgrade to the Core plan (~1,600 JPY/month) or higher.
The Light plan also has Custom Code restrictions, so the widget cannot be installed. Upgrade to the Core plan or higher.
Yes, it works on both. Register the domain you use (e.g., yoursite.wixsite.com or example.com) in the allowed domains on monoshiri AI.
Yes, it renders on PC, smartphone, and tablet. It automatically switches to full-screen mode on smartphones.
