You need to create a widget in the monoshiri AI dashboard. You can try it on the Free plan too (up to 150/month); a Light plan (2,980 JPY/month) or higher is recommended for full-scale use.
How to install AI chat on Wix
Issue an embed code from monoshiri.ai → paste into Wix Custom Code → publish. Three steps to complete.
Create a widget and issue an embed code on monoshiri.ai
On app.monoshiri.ai, create a widget and select the target folder (knowledge). Copy the generated embed code (the entire script tag).
Open Custom Code settings in Wix
Wix dashboard → Settings → Custom Code → Click 'Add New Code'.
Paste the code at the end of the body tag
Paste the code, set 'Code Placement' to 'Body - End', and select 'All pages' under 'Apply to'. Save and publish your site—the chat widget will appear on every page.
Verify after installation
Visit your published Wix site and check whether the chat button appears in the bottom-right. If not, verify that the widget is published in the monoshiri AI dashboard and that the embed code is reflected on the live site.
